Hey! blog community, I am Ariel ("Ar Yell"/"Bok") a writer wannabe, I want to share with you why I come upon blog community. I have the urge to write and share something in every interesting thing and event in my surroundings, sometimes I write poems, sharing "balak" (Cebuano poem) to Facebook. I also love talking and sharing with friends experiences and events, I also do hiking and camping.
Way back a few years ago I saw an amazing way of sharing some authors about there experiences and passion in writing something to the internet world and they called it a blog. I urge to have one but I ended up having none due to doubts, fears, busy schedules. But, just last year I joined a hiking/camping group called Laag Bisaya wherein our hiking/camping events are documented and posted by the author to his blog site (laagbisaya.info), and it boosts my urge to have my own blog, not to compete but to contribute good experiences and events to the blog community. All my fears and doubts vanish because of this curiosity. For me, being a blogger is not a disposition that you can boost to the community and it is not a way of boosting your personality to be called "cool". Being a blogger is an opportunity to share good vibes, and will add up and promotes positive thoughts through sharing good experiences and thoughts to the community.
